The one-room studio of the ground floor measures 35m² and has a balcony with garden view. The studio is equipped with a sofa bed (2×80), ideal for accommodating a third guest. There is daily cleaning service. The rooms and premises are cleaned and sanitized daily, the towels are changed on a daily basis and the sheets, pillow cases but also the bath robes are changed every 2 days.

The one-room suite of the first floor measures 35m² and has a 40m²balcony with sea view. Our one-room suite is equipped with a sofa bed of regular size (2×80), ideal for accommodating a third guest. It is also equipped with an outdoor hot tub and sun beds, to provide the best possible comfort.

Our Sea view suites are located in fron of the sea in the village of Pollonia. Just 250m far from our suites are located the most famous taverns and restaurants of the island and the beach of Pollonia.

Our lodging, “Milia Gi”, is a brand new family business of distinct aesthetics, built according to the traditional Cycladic architecture, just 40 meters from the beach of Pollonion and 150 meters from the village center where there are restaurants, cafes, a bakery, a mini market, a pharmacy and the bus stop.
If you choose to stay in our hotel, you will be given the opportunity to combine the deep blue sea with the green landscape that exists in our garden.
The lodgings which we have constructed are spacious, bright with large yards, in order for you to feel like home and have the best possible quality of accommodation.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy In case of cancellation: 1.100% of the deposit (of 30%) is refunded for cancellations made up to 21 days prior to the arranged check in date. 2.50% of the deposit (of 30%) is refunded for cancellations made between 20 and 7 days prior to the arranged check in date 3.The deposit (30%) is not refundable for cancellations under 7 days prior to the arranged check in date. In case of no show there is a 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation. For any changes during your stay in our place ( extend or shrinkage of your stay ) all charges apply .

From the first moment we stepped onto Milos Island the family made us feel welcome with a pick up from the port, lovely welcome basket to stock our kitchen and helped take care of our young daughter who had developed a case of travel sickness. The apartments are located only a few metres from the beach and centre of Pollonia. The room was spacious, perfectly clean with all finishes carefully selected for guests.
